Zoho.com offers an expanding Office Suite, online chat and presentation tools. Zoho offers free Mail, Writer, Sheet, Doc management, Notebook Wiki and more. Other documents, like Word or Excel docs can be uploaded, and revised.
Zoho also provides Cloud SQL, Plugins for Microsoft Office, Browser plugins, CRM plugin for MS Outlook, Zoho on Facebook and Zoho on Mobile. Zoho also reports they actively secure information at multiple levels. Zoho also supports 30 languages on different offerings.
Zoho is free for unlimited one-to-one meetings, and cost up to $12/month up to 5 meeting participants.
