I’ve used Intego products for the past two years. I have all of Intego’s products and really appreciate their fluid protection on Macs.

Recently I wrote up a review on Intego Content Barrier X5 (Intego Content Barrier X5). Now I’m reviewing Intego Virus Barrier X5. Virus Barrier X5 scans my computer and files for any nefarious virus I might have inadvertently downloaded (worms, trojan horses, macroviruses, malware, etc). I’m pretty careful with source content, but you never know when one sneaky bug can creep through.

And for the past 4-5 months, nothing has come through. I’ve waited this long to see how well this software works. Face it Mac users, Apple computers are becoming more popular, and with iPhones it’s inevitable hackers will….well, try to hack Macs.
